  1. How do you determine what saints to include in the monthly calendar?

    Every effort is made to include obligatory memorials, as well as all feasts and solemnities, in the Mobile Gabriel listings.  Should this listing seem very short (eg. during the Lenten season), a smattering of optional memorials will be included.  
    Should a particular saint not be included, and you desire to learn about that saint, consult the Daughters of St. Paul website at http://www.daughtersofstpaul.com/saintday.

  1. How often is Mobile Gabriel updated?

    Mobile Gabriel files are updated at least once a week.  

  1. Who is responsible for Mobile Gabriel? 

    Fr. James Schmitz founded Mobile Gabriel in 1998.  In late 2006 Fr. Schmitz found he was unable to continue this project and his classmate, Fr. David Trask, offered to assume responsibility for Mobile Gabriel.  Both Fr. Trask and Fr. Schmitz are Roman Catholic priests of the Diocese of Cleveland, ordained in 1986. Fr. Trask is currently pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe parish in Macedonia, OH (www.olg.cc).
    Romeo Paredes, Steve Allwin and Dennis Livelo assist Fr. Trask in keeping the Mobile Gabriel site up-to-date and current; Romeo regularly updates the daily readings, Steve regularly updates the daily reflections, and Dennis tends to all Mobipocket updates.
